If you’ve been following along.. You should know by now that Koreans love our food HOT. Like scolding your mouth hot, making soups very popular meals. Kimchi jjigae Is one of my favorites and I love to serve it with spambrand and tofu BUT you can put any meat you want in it, pork, beef, chicken as long as you have the kimchi you’re golden. -Chop onions & garlic -Sauté in sesame oil -Add chopped Kimchi, Spam & 2 spoonfuls of Gochugaru -Add water. Let come to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes (the longer the better) -Add tofu and top with green onion if wanted And there you have it. Another simple Korean meal that you need to add to your list.
