If you would have told me.. This past year that I would have completely changed the concept of Birdies fried fried chicken to Birdies by Chef Kevin Lee in only a few weeks, competed AND made it to the Great 8 on TOC… I 1000% would not have believed you. But I did. And here we are. I cannot thank the inner TOC world enough for embracing me, mentoring me and guiding me through this process, I have met amazing people and chefs that I’m honored to call friends. And the absolute LOVE OKC has shown me and Birdies by CKL is unmatched. I’m thankful everyday I got that call on a Friday in September and all the new doors that have opened because of it.
