On Saturday, July 12th, the main event happens at Lincoln Park (East Capitol & 13th Streets, S.E.) near the Mary McLeod Bethune Memorial, with the Birthday Celebration at 4:30 pm and R&B Music from the Tribe Band at 6:30 pm.
