đŸ€« THE SECRET to coaching five and six year olds!? Don’t overcomplicate things. As you can see from the video, children as young as five have short attention spans. They can’t take in loads of information or follow complicated instructions. When working with this age group, it’s all about being clear, quick and keeping things simple. I would recommend that you try to explain the session in under 45 seconds, as any longer and you’ll start to lose them. If one or two children aren’t listening
 no problem! Don’t stop. Keep going with your explanation because chances are they’re actually listening, even if it doesn’t look like it.
