Say hello to my newest breakfast hyperfixation: Creamy Chia Pudding! There’s just something about the taste and texture of this that I literally CRAVE every single morning. It’s also packed with omega-3’s, fiber, and antioxidants which offer so many health benefits. It’s really the perfect breakfast or protein packed snack! Ingredients for 4 servings: 1 1/2 cups almond milk 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt of choice 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste, optional 1/2 cup chia seeds Fresh fruit, honey, and/or nut butter to top Instructions: In a large bowl whisk together almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla until combined. Whisk in the chia seeds then let sit for 10 minutes. Whisk again until combined then cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with fruit, honey and/or nut butter and enjoy!
