What I eat in a day as a vegan!🍎🥑 I’m vegan 🌱 and I try to eat every 3–4 hours to stay fueled throughout the day—especially with all the training I do! I aim for 100g+ of protein daily, and my go-to source is tofu 🙌 I also add rice protein from

to my smoothies and oatmeal to help hit my goals. I try to get fruits and veggies in every meal, and I snack often to keep my energy up. Hydration is key too—I only drink water and sometimes matcha 💧🍵
