🥳 Once extinct in Argentina, Giant River Otters have been returned to the wild thanks to #rewilding 👏 rewilding_argentina, an offspring organization of tompkins_conservation, has released a family of otters into the Iberá wetlands. This milestone marks the return of this species in Argentina. There hasn’t been a breeding population of Giant River Otters in the country since the 1980s.
