My first baby spanx will turn 25 this year. To celebrate, the Spanx team put up these billboards in LA… how cool! I will never forget the first time a celebrity flashed spanx on the red carpet. It was 2004, and I had spent the last 4 years working 24/7 to build Spanx. I took a break to film a reality TV show called Rebel Billionaire with richardbranson and I didn’t have access to my phone because I was a contestant on the show and I had limited outside interaction. But Richard saw on the news a celebrity had flashed their Spanx on the Red Carpet in LA! Omg. I started screaming and freaking out. I had to know who it was. I later found out it was gwynethpaltrow …pinch me!!! That was the first time a celebrity had talked about what they were wearing under their clothes instead of just what they were wearing on the outside.
