It’s #nationalbaseballcardday! Here’s my cousin. I used to have a couple hundred dog-eared cards - three identical Steve Sax cards, and a Bernard Gilkey Rated Rookie swinging, wearing the red batting practice jersey with the giant StL on the chest. ozziestlwizard in those red _kangarooshoes. I think all 90s kids expected to pay for college with their baseball card collections. I kept mine in a red tackle box and still believed I’d sell them for thousands some day. Not that I’d ever part with them. (But I did. They’re almost all gone now.) ⚾️
