more reasons I was ambivalent about choosing bridesmaids: 1. I was afraid that picking friends would make other friends upset, so I thought it was easier to not choose at all 2. My friends are from different walks of life and I was afraid it’d be very stressful to force them to mesh. I’m so glad I ended up choosing a small group! I didn’t have a maid of honor - that felt like a lot of pressure. We didn’t have a a bachelorette mostly because I planned this wedding in 3 mo and we simply had no time. 🫠 I also didn’t ask them to do a speech. We talked through what they thought would be more fun and less pressure and they ended up wanting to host a quiz/game for everyone! What do you think? Do you want a bridal party? Why or why not?
