body weight workout (no dumbbells needed)
- jump squats
- alt. lunge pulse + knee drive
- alt. jump lunges
- plank jacks
- alt. side lunge + knee drive
10 reps x 3 sets
FINISHER
-1 min wall sit
-12 pushups
-10 hanging knee raises
