Though I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology, Pre-Medical Sciences in December, this moment feels like the culmination of everything you’ve given me. Thank you for saving me, for healing me, and for being the place where I found community, hope, and growth. As a first-generation college student, you believed in little me when I couldn’t always believe in myself. The lessons, friendships, and mentorship I’ve received have shaped me into someone stronger, wiser, and ready for the future. To the Natural Science and Mathematics Department, thank you for challenging me to rise, think critically, and keep pushing forward.
