I’m going to tell you EXACTLY what you need to pack in your bag for day hikes…

So. Let me break it down for you…
1. Water. It is imperative you bring enough water with you when you hike. Always assess how long you’ll be out for, what the difficulty of the hike is, and what the weather is saying. Long, hot days are going to require more water. And equally, bringing too much for a short hike means you have more weight to carry.
2. Food. As with water, ensure you bring the correct amount of food to fuel yourself on your journey. There has been SO many occasions where I’m fading…hard. And that extra protein bar I packed was crucial to bring my energy back up to continue with strength. I usually pack protein bars, fruit...
