A closer look at the @bbrmotorsports full custom TTR150FE. You guys have been requesting more details on some of these bikes so we are making it happen! This bike was a project my dad and I did back in 2015, the goal was to make the ultimate bulletproof air cooled 2-valved backyard 150. This frame, subframe, and basically whole bike started out as a block of aluminum. It was bandsawed, milled, sanded, welded, and heat-treated into what you see. The bike was built to use CRF150R forks and shock since that was the most updated combination for its time. Even the shrouds and side plates were custom made for this bike to look similar to the Yamaha’s big bikes. The engine is a TTR125 that is punched to a 150 with the @bbrmotorsports big bore kit. Another cool feature is that @duanebrown_bbr cut and welded the engine cases to use a removable clutch cover.
