Here is our latest @motosportinc project that is starting to come together, a 1979 KX80! We got this bike from @gregg_gores a few weeks ago and have been going through it to be fresh and rideable again. Just got the shocks back from @vintageworksmx. He took these shocks and did a full rebuild along with doing stiffer valving, re-plating, and getting them better than new. Next up is throwing in a new @wossnerpistons, doing a fresh seat cover, grips, KX80 stickers/numberplate backgrounds, sprocket cover, cleaning up a few details, and then it will be ready to be sent! With AC/DC’s “Highway To Hell” album, and this KX80 coming out in the same year, 1979 had to of been a pretty awesome time.
