This is one of my favorite projects in the last couple of years. Honoring Cale Yarborough by drawing inspiration from his boots and incorporating that into a pair for the defending Champ ryanblaney10 Ryan and his team sent the black and white photo in this post as inspiration. I knew I had to do them justice and stay close to the originals while still making them 100% RB with a dash of MJK. Presenting them at the track before the Vegas race was my favorite part, as it usually is. Ryan is one of the coolest guys in the garage and I look forward to doing more customs for him. Thanks to our mutual friend joshtwilliams it was a pleasure welcoming him to the MJK family. Big thanks to Drew Taylor and also the folks at Boot Barn for being so patient with me trying to find the right boots to make this pair happen.
