DAY TWO in #HillCountry: spent the morning in #Kerrville in a neighborhood that had been affected by flooding near the Guadalupe River. Then followed a press briefing. Then drove to Comfort and came across a bridge where Kendall County employees were cleaning and inspecting a bridge.
