The #1 Restaurant in the World in 2023 This was my first ever fine dining restaurant, the one that started it all. All of the biodiversity, the color, the ecosystems, the ingredients, the culture. And even though it’s an impossible task, they come incredibly close 🇵🇪 This is a meal where you’ll be made to think, over 50% of the ingredients are likely ones you’ve never ever heard of in your life. But as you go through each course, each ecosystem, each altitude, your knowledge on what is true Peruvian cuisine broadens more and more. Throughout the meal you’re given pamphlets and booklets and papers to learn more, but the food itself is phenomenal.
