🌸 Springtime Sighting: Meet Jagger! After arriving in November and cozying up for the winter, sloth bear Jagger is finally out on habitat and is having a "ball" with one of her large enrichment items. This super sphere has large hidey holes that allow zookeepers to tuck in special treats that Jagger can sniff out with a super-powered nose. She can then use her strong, sickle-shaped claws to dig out the goods. Sloth bears' nails can be three inches long and are strong enough to tear apart termite nests and tree bark to unearth the tasty insects inside.
