Your strength might fluctuate. Your speed might shift. But your ability to put your arms over your head, squat to the ground, or take a full breath?
That’s yours to keep… if you train for it.
And you don’t need a perfect routine, a live-in chef, or a full-time massage therapist to make it happen.
You need smart, simple inputs built into your Life. That’s why I tell people: just start sitting on the floor at night.
You’re already watching TV. Why not turn that time into the most powerful mobility practice you’ve ever had?
Sitting cross-legged, kneeling, side-saddle, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you’re exposing your body to more shapes, more movement vocabulary, and more of the range it was built for.
