Indoor Steaks How To Below… **Rest your steaks at room temp for about 30 minutes, we often rest up to an hour **Season as you wish and let it settle in for 10-15 minutes **Cast Iron Skillet on Med High, add a bit of high heat neutral oil and heat for a few minutes **Depending on thickness of steak…sear for 1.5-2.5 minutes per side **Reduce heat a bit and add butter, baste until steak reaches your desired internal temp. For us that is 120 degrees with a steak of this quality **Set aside, pour hot butter over the top, rest for 5-8 minutes **Serve it up Broccoli **We blanch for 2 minutes then roast in oven at 400 for 20 minutes or so.
