I want to share this with every man I know 🫶🏽 It’s devastating that boys and men don’t realize the extent that the patriarchy hurts them. Before they know who they are, boys are told what they must be: strong, stoic, successful. No crying. No softness. No choice. The result? Men suffering in silence with anxiety, depression, and loneliness.  They often don’t even realize that reaching out to loved ones is an option.
