Santa Fe, come for the rodeo, stay for the hatch chile smothered everything. On a recent shoot for NewMexicoTrue I was reminded just how much I love the culture and the food of New Mexico. Not only was the Rodeo de Santa Fe one of my new (old) favorite rodeos, but I filled my spice loving soul to the brim with as much red chile smothered everything as Icould manage.
