I’m so proud to share that the Violets Poetry Collection will be featured in the Artists Pavilion during the 57th National Convention of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. in D.C.! Books will be available for purchase in BOOTH #538 in the Artists Pavilion. On Thursday, July 10, from 5:00pm - 5:30pm, I’ll be reading on the main stage of the Artists Pavilion from the Violets Poetry Collection with Soror Michelle Collins-Smith and Soror Cassie Levy, alongside Delta Authors, Victoria Christopher Murray, Karen Turner, Stephanie Perry Moore, and Sandra Johnson. Also, my film Brooks People will open the Delta Films in DC Film Showcase at convention. My film, B Love will be screened. My screening times are below.
