Deload week doesn’t mean no training, it doesn’t even necessarily mean easy training. Just training that’s easier to recovery from and lower impact on the body. This week I’ve got lots of lower percentages but still some good volume and heart rate work. Today’s conditioning was: EMOM20 1 min echo bike at 75 RPM 1 min recovery pace sir squats. Really steady effort. I did 33 squats per minute. If you give this a go bike at about 70-75% effort. It was a perfect workout to rock my colorful tyrsport Flow 👟. I haven’t done much training in them yet, mostly just wore them casually but they might be the official shoe of my deload week. #Flow #deloadweek #training #conditioning #teamTYR
