Supper Club, the French way! 🌼🥖🍒🥂🧈✨
Travel is one of the best ways to reset creativity! Before our trip to France I was feeling drained. Turns out, all I needed was a break from social, sea air, time with friends, and endless delicious meals, both in restaurants and in our kitchen! I came home with so much inspiration, so why not pour it into a Supper Club?! 🧚🏼♀️✨
Supper Club No. 20 was a marriage of French technique and PNW summer bounty. We are incredibly spoiled in this region not only with local veg, fruit, meat, fish, and dairy, but also world-class wines (and no humidity ayeeee). 🥂 So yeah, I didn’t quite stick to the book, but instead worked with what I could find & whatever sparked joy.
