The University of Alabama Capstone College of Nursing and DCH Health System have announced the opening of the Supportive Care Clinic at the Lewis and Faye Manderson Cancer Center. The clinic hopes to ease physical, emotional, spiritual, and social distress among patients and their families through specialized medical care and education. In addition, the clinic will also provide more than 350 nursing students at UA with hands-on experience in a unique clinical practice.
