We haven’t had scratch cooking like this before and now can’t go without it! 🤤 gurkhas.longmont is an absolutely incredible Indian-Nepali spot serving up dishes passed down from generations, all made from scratch and never pre-made! 🔥 It was built in honor of the owner’s father, a former Gurkha soldier, and also pays tribute to the 8 generations of soldiers in her family - the kitchen genuinely felt alive and we were so grateful to get to see the process! 🥲 There’s not a single thing we didn’t love, but the Chole Bhature definitely is our number one!
