Summer may be on the horizon in Portland, but the city’s largest bookstore is gearing up for a bout of spring cleaning. After its first warehouse sale last year drew thousands of eager customers to Powell’s Books’ Northwest Portland storeroom, the bookstore is bringing the event back next month — and it’s even bigger than before. This year, the event will feature more than 70,000 books ranging in price from $1 to $4, according to a news release.
