July 8th 2025 | Venice, Italy What a moment. I was boarding the vaporetto from #sanservolo to #veniceitaly🇮🇹 and there was clearly a storm brewing with lightning coming down all over. Lightning is particularly elusive for photographers and I decided there’s no reason to try to photograph the lightning. As I walked through Venice, the rain came down, necessitating me finding some shelter, as I stopped in between the canal and a church under an awning, I stood still and attempted to get a moment of that lightning.
