This isn't even including the MAIN DAY at Summer Smash 2025.. I'll be making a second post with all those photos/videos. This is JUST the 2 days leading up to the biggest party of the year. Summer Smash at 1stphorm HQ was a genuinly life-changing experience. It's the first time I was in a group of people and didn't feel crazy ENOUGH for my goals, and my standards. Watching thousands of people PUSH themselves to their limit, all for the FUN of being BETTER. Andy Frisella and the 1st Phorm crew changed my life back in late 2023 with the 75Hard program (not a challenge.. a PROGRAM). Seeing the RealAF podcast studio, meeting the 1P crew, and getting to asking a question on the podcast that once changed my life is something I'll never forget.
