The Chattanooga Parking Authority is partnering with the city of Chattanooga to launch a three-month pilot program to give free parking to city residents who pay the city sticker tax on their vehicle registration. Residents with valid city stickers can register between Friday and July 25 for the three-month pilot beginning Aug. 1 by visiting chattanoogaparking.org and entering their license plate number, according to a press release from the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority.
