On this date, 5 years ago, we put out an EP entitled “Turn Back Time”. In 2020, we were all forced to be off the road and let’s face it… we were bored. So we threw this project together and wanted to make a project as minimal as possible. Just 1 guitar and vocals for every song and we just threw it out. Our friend walesyt of whaletalemusic captured the whole process. The titled track “Turn Back Time” is still easily one of our favorite songs we’ve ever written with our buds rayfulchermusic and jordanfletchermusic and the song “Pieces” we wrote and recorded with our first friend in Nashville, laineywilson was CLEARLY a favorite of yalls. We can’t wait to play that song together on her tour this fall. This project always serves as a reminder to us to just create and let music live. It finds people where they’re at, when they need to.
