Black women working full-time, year-round, are paid just 66 cents for every dollar paid to white, non-Hispanic men. That adds up to nearly $1 million lost over a lifetime of work. Today is about confronting systemic inequity: pay secrecy, discrimination, and the undervaluing of work too often done by Black women. On #BlackWomensEqualPayDay, we demand more than awareness.
