For industrial design student,
@workbywolshire, a co-op placement with iconic toy company
@lego meant diving into a world where creativity, imagination and hands-on exploration aren’t just perks of the job, they are the job.
From sketching new concepts to prototyping in plastic, he’s learning what it means to “leg godt” — Danish for “play well” — in one of the most joyful workplaces on earth.
Through the University of Cincinnati’s top-ranked cooperative education program, Adam turned a lifelong love for Lego into hands-on career experience at the world’s largest toy company. He’s not just designing for fun — he’s helping shape the future of play.
At UC, real-world experience isn’t a bonus — it’s built into the curriculum. And in Adam’s case, it led straight to Billund, Denmark.
