Tune in tonight to In The Kitchen With David at 8pm ET for more foodie features and check out the recipe below! ⬇️🎄❤️ Peppermint Hot Cocoa Cookies 🍪☕️ 1 box chocolate cake mix 1/3 cup oil 2 eggs 1 cup chocolate chips Large marshmallows, cut in half horizontally 1 Tbsp crushed peppermint Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. Using a hand or stand mixer, mix the chocolate cake mix, oil, and eggs together until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Scoop the cookie dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space in between each. Bake for approximately 7 to 8 minutes. Meanwhile, dip the sticky part of the cut marshmallow into the crushed peppermint and set aside. Remove the cookies from the oven. Carefully place the marshmallow peppermint-side-up in the center of the cookie. Place the cookies back in the ovens for 1 to 3 minutes more...
