If I’m honest.. I wasn’t looking forward to fisemontpellier 2025 I copped a lot of unnecessary shit on social media for taking a new role at usacycling and subsequently I’ve hated my channels because of that and, it takes a lot for me to hate something that’s an correspondence and picture book app on my phone. 🤷 Yeah, at times I bit more than I care to admit. I apologize to my team if this was noticed as my celebration at times was muted. This wasn’t fair as I was so proud to lead the team out in France. Working with new individuals with their own personalities can be challenging and very rewarding. I’ve always coached from a different place and it’s one that builds the individual to be a team player and find the happiness in their riding. And, it works. The pride I have for my former team in the UK was so rewarded in their incredible performances and I’m happy that they’re in great hands.
