Tonight, we had the honor of recognizing Chief Warrant Officer Owen Earl as our Mass State Lottery Hero of the Game. Chief Warrant Officer Owen Earl has shown exceptional service and commitment as a U.S. Coast Guard member. We are grateful for your dedication and service. Chief Warrant Officer Owen Earl joined the U.S. Coast Guard in 2002, serving all over the country and different parts of the world to finally bring his family home to settle in Cape Cod. Chief Warrant Officer Earl will be retiring in the near future accumulating over 23 years of Honorable Active Duty Service to our great nation. He is joined tonight by his beautiful wife, April and 4 amazing children, Liam, Jake, Maxwell, and Charles.
