Mahmoud Khalil filed a $20 million claim against the Trump administration, alleging he was falsely imprisoned and maliciously prosecuted as the government sought to deport him over his prominent role in campus protests.
Khalil tells Eugene Daniels that he filed his claim because "there must be accountability."
"Trump thinks that he's above the law. In fact, he thinks that he is the law," Khalil said on The Weekend.
