Emitting from speakers placed near the top of the three-story building, the rapid chirping and exotic squawking drew noise complaints over a nine-day period. Douglas County 911 received at least five calls for police service pertaining to the noise, according to an Omaha Police Department spokesperson. No formal police reports were filed.
