Foods I’d never eat to stay shredded ⬇️ 1. Bagels - Extremely high in refined carbs and calories with almost no fiber or protein. One plain bagel can be 250–300+ calories and spikes blood sugar fast, leading to energy crashes and cravings. 2. Fruit Juice - Stripped of fiber, loaded with sugar (some juices have more than soda), and causes rapid insulin spikes. Even 100% juice is basically liquid sugar. 3. Sugary Protein Bars - Marketed as “healthy,” but many are just glorified candy bars with 15–25g of sugar, seed oils, and artificial additives. Poor satiety and promotes fat gain. 4. Cereal (Even “Healthy” Ones)- Usually made of ultra-processed grains, high in sugar, and low in protein. Creates a blood sugar rollercoaster and doesn’t keep you full. 5. Granola 1 Packed with added sugars, oils, and carbs—even small servings can be 300+ calories. It’s a calorie bomb disguised as a health food. 6.
