District Council 33 and the city agreed to a tentative deal ending a strike that piled trash on Philadelphia streets, but the contract still needs to be ratified by 9,000 union members.

So far, Boulware said the reception of the deal has been mixed among union members.
The union is set to vote on that tentative agreement early next week.
