Stephen L. Keele, 45, of Ellisville, Mississippi, was fatally injured around 10:15 p.m. July 5 on Interstate 59 when the pickup he was driving collided head-on with a van driven by 36-year-old Tejaswini R. Cholleti of Aubrey, Texas. After the initial impact, the pickup and van both caught fire. Keele and Cholleti were pronounced dead at the scene. The passengers of the van, 40-year-old Sri V. Bejugam, a 6-year-old and an 8-year-old, all of Aubrey, Texas, were also fatally injured and were pronounced dead at the scene.
