It's kinda giving The Cutting Edge but in reverse… 🤩⁣ ⁣ The Dallas Stars are adding some flair to their bench hiring former figure skating star David Pelletier as their newest assistant coach, joining recently appointed head coach Glen Gulutzan’s staff. 🤯⁣ ⁣ The 50-year-old from Sayabec, Que., has spent the last 11 years as a skating coach with the Edmonton Oilers and is now getting his first shot as an NHL assistant coach. 😱⁣ ⁣ Pelletier’s decorated figure skating career includes a gold medal in pairs at the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics with partner Jamie Salé.
