In all seriousness, this past week I had a near death experience in the form of epileptic seizures triggered by stress and anxiety. I’ve shared before about living with panic attacks, but I guess my body decided I wasn’t giving the proper rest and care she needed. Thank God for my boyfriend, because if he didn’t hear me choking in my sleep, I wouldn’t be writing this caption.
