Our Joffrey Miami Ballet Summer Intensive held its first informal showing last Friday, offering a powerful reflection of the work, growth, and dedication that shaped Week 1. Designed to refine ballet technique through focused, individualized training, this intensive challenges dancers to dive deeper into their artistry—honing everything from rotation and placement to musicality and expression.⁠ ⁠ Throughout the week, dancers moved through rigorous training—building not only technical strength but also versatility and confidence. The showing gave families, faculty, and peers a glimpse into that process: honest, in-progress, and deeply inspiring.⁠ ⁠ We’re incredibly proud of the professionalism, artistry, and commitment our dancers have shown—and we can’t wait to watch them finish this journey with the same passion they brought to day one.⁠ ⁠ As we step into our final week, the momentum is strong and the progress undeniable.
