Our interns got a front row seat to an industrial tilt-up in action at Bridge Industrial 2MM in Tacoma, WA! 🏗 This development will bring over 2.4 million SF of speculative industrial space to the region, spanning 160 acres and featuring 4 buildings: 🔹 Building A: ±530,000 SF 🔹 Building B: ±960,000 SF 🔹 Building C: ±664,000 SF 🔹 Building D: ±323,000 SF Our team provided civil engineering, permitting, and placemaking + urbanism services for this project. Spanning nearly 2 miles of new right-of-way, the site features 9 infiltration galleries and a detention pond with water quality treatment systems. These are designed to manage stormwater under complex site conditions, including high groundwater and sensitive environmental features. Navigating these challenges required creative solutions and detailed stormwater modeling to ensure wetland protection.
