This is an issue we've spoken about before Beauty Queens, but these pink colors tend to fade especially when exposed to direct light in these retail environments. Before a product like this is brought to market, this is considered. But unfortunately, there's very little that could be done. The product is not meant to stay open like that, so retail sell environment sometimes have limitations to the way the consumers could actually experience product.
