Thanks to makersgym we had access to try out some of the best lighting equipment to set up this shot!
For me, it always starts with your camera settings.
This is my “true color recipe”:
White Balance: K 4500
F Stop: F 6.3
ISO: 500
Shutter Speed: 1/200
The studio we used has an amazing led multi color light set up installed in their ceilings which brought out the red color in the background.
We used a LED light panel as our Key light placed in front of her left shoulder to highlight her face, as well as one in the back corner off of her right shoulder to add depth and separation from the background which beautifully highlighted her pretty curls.
The strobes were placed on a low setting in order to maintain the red color we were looking for.
We turned off the Red LED lighting in the end for a quick beauty shot to add some range.
A little bit of skin touch ups at home in Photoshop, and there you have the final images!
