I don’t know about you, but I’m kinda sick of only ever seeing the perfect finished product. If you’ve ever done ANYTHING worth doing then you know that the part that comes first is anything but perfect. It’s messy and ugly and frustrating. But it’s fighting through the ugly part that gets you to the pretty. I love sharing my highlight reels, but I’ve been asked too many times to count how I “got so good” at what I do. And the answer is ⬆️this⬆️ I did a lot of ugly, messy stuff before I shared the finished product. So here’s your reminder that it’s ok to be at step 1. You’ve already taken one more step than most. And that first step leads you to the next, then the next, then the next. And before you know it, your love, your life, and your art become your highlight reel.
